If you cancel your purchase before activating your DesertDeal card:
- You may receive a full refund if the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

1.2 Post-Activation Policy
After your DesertDeal card has been activated:

- Service Unavailability: If a significant portion of our partner network (more than 30%) becomes permanently unavailable during your membership period through no fault of your own, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Relocation: If you permanently leave the UAE during your membership period, you may request to transfer your membership to another individual or receive a partial refund, subject to a administrative fee.
- Technical Issues: If persistent technical problems prevent you from using your DesertDeal card benefits and our support team cannot resolve them within 30 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Service Issues: If our service substantially fails to deliver the promised benefits as described at the time of purchase, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
