DesertDeal offers various discount cards that function similarly to the fazaa card program in the UAE, providing exclusive benefits and offers to cardholders. By purchasing a DesertDeal card, you are entering into a membership agreement subject to the following terms:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the card has been activated.

  • DesertDeal reserves the right to revoke membership without refund in cases of fraudulent use or violation of these terms.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated by the partner.
  • DesertDeal is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by our partners.
  • Partners may impose additional terms and conditions on their offers.

3. Digital Card Usage

Our digital card platform is designed to provide a convenient experience:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Any actions taken under your account will be your responsibility.
  • The digital card may require internet access to function properly.
  • Technical issues that temporarily affect card usage do not entitle you to compensation or refund.
